Q What time is check in / check out?
A Check in is at 4PM and check out at 11AM.

Q Do you allow late check outs?
A Yes, but based on availability. Please ask in advance at our front desk.

Q What method of payments do you accept?
A We accept VS, MC,AX,DS,DC & Cash.

Q Do you have indoor corridors and elevators
A Yes, our interior corridors are well lit and elevators are centrally located.

Q Do you allow pets?
A Yes, but a fee applies. See our Pet Friendly Rooms page for complete information.

Q What is the minimum age requirement to rent a room?
A You must be 21 years old to make a reservation.

Q How many people can I have in my room?
A This varies depending on the room type: Queen Suite accommodates up to 6; Standard Queens up to 5, King Suites up to 4; and Standard Kings up to 3.

Q Is there an extra charge for additional guests?
A An additional charge of $10 for the 1st additional person applies. Children stay free.

Q Do you have smoking rooms?
A We offer a smoke free environment, so smoking is not allowed in the guestrooms. Guests may smoke outside. 

Q What is your cancellation policy?
A You need to allow 24 hours to cancel on a standard guestroom reservation.

Q Are there additional restrictions?
A Some of our guestroom rates have further restrictions. Please call us for detailed information.

A Do you provide cribs, cots or rollaway beds?
Q There is no charge for cribs. Rollaways are complimentary, based on availability.

Q Do you have special rates for AAA or seniors?
A Yes, discounts vary seasonally. Please call our front desk for information.

Q Do you have on site parking?
A Yes, on site parking is complimentary.

Q Do you have a restaurant and lounge?
A Complimentary On the House® hot breakfast buffet is available daily and On the Run® breakfast bags are available Mon-Fri. A full service bar and limited pub menu are also available.

Q How far are you from the airport?
A The Jacksonville FL International Airport is approximately 50 miles away, Savannah GA / Hiltonhead International Airport is approximately 80 miles and Brunswick GA Golden Isles Airport approximately 22 miles.

Q Do you have internet access?
A Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Q Do you have a pool?
A Yes, we have a seasonally heated outdoor zero entry pool plus kid's pool and whirlpool spa.

Q Do you have ocean view rooms?
A No, our beautiful protected dunes have protected live oaks that block the view of the ocean. However, the boardwalk at the back of our pool area is approximately 100 yards from our pristine beach. We have rooms with balconies which overlook our pool and live oak canopy.

Q Do you provide shuttle service?
A Our hotel shuttle van provides complimentary transportation to various points of interest and activities anywhere on Jekyll Island. Recommendations can be provided for transportation from the area airports.

Q Do you rent bicycles?
A Bikes can be rented through the hotel for adults and children. Please see the attached PDF for information & fees.
